A griddle is a great way to cook hamburgers because it is completely flat, which allows the fat to drain away from the meat. In order to make sure your burgers turn out perfectly, you should patty them up with a spatula. A griddle with ridges is ideal for replicating grill marks, but a basic frying pan will work just as well.
 

You can use a griddle to cook hamburgers. Place two oz of ground beef per patty onto a plate. Lightly press the meat into a round shape. Add salt and pepper. If desired, add some caramelized onions. Put the burger on a griddle over medium-high heat and cook on both sides. Flip the burgers when they're done.

After the grate is ready, cook burgers until they are medium-rare. Ensure they're seasoned liberally with salt.

This temperature is high enough to cook burgers without burning. If you use a charcoal grill, you need to make sure that it is preheated to 400 degrees. You can even check the internal temperature of your burgers by using a meat thermometer.

As with any meat, a burger must be cooked to the desired temperature before it can be sliced. The temperature range varies depending on the thickness of the burger. If you are making a thick burger, you should cook it to 400 degrees. If the meat is too soft, you can use a second griddle. A griddle can be used to make a flatbread, and you can place it on the griddle if necessary.

Once the griddle is heated, you can place the burgers on it. Typically, burgers should be cooked for three minutes on each side. You can even put melted cheese on top of a burger if you desire. A griddle should be heated at a high temperature and be a minimum of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While this may seem like an extreme heat setting, it will still allow your burgers to cook evenly and be delicious.
